    What does each step mean?

    1. The top row is the five SIPOC headings. Do not delete a heading to make the chart narrower. Rename it if your words differ.
    2. Warehouse supplies the purchase order in this example. Replace both if your process is not fulfillment.
    3. Pick and pack is the process. A SIPOC names the process. It does not draw every branch inside it.
    4. The tracking email is the output the buyer receives. The arrows along the bottom are the reading order.
