Who operates FlowSimp
The data controller is Dreamer Studio LLC (Florida, USA). The product name is FlowSimp. Email hello@flowsimp.com. You can also use the feedback button on the editor. See the terms.
Storage in the browser
A guest diagram is stored in local storage on the device. The browser also keeps a few short-lived notes in session storage, such as a diagram you are about to copy or restore. Those session notes end when the tab session ends.
Local storage also remembers whether you dismissed the onboarding hint, which saved board you opened last while signed in, and whether you dismissed the short privacy notice. The FlowSimp pages do not set a cookie for this.
Accounts
Sign-in is optional and uses Google through Supabase. If you sign in, Supabase stores the session in local storage in this browser. The account can include the email address, name, and avatar URL from that Google sign-in, and the avatar image may load from Google. Boards you save while signed in — the name, the mode, and the diagram — are stored in Supabase and tied to the account.

Shared diagrams
A read-only link can hold the diagram inside the link itself. Anyone who opens that link can see the diagram. Creating a share link can also store a snapshot of the diagram in Supabase under a random id. Anyone with that link can view the snapshot. A share link is not limited to the person who created it.
Feedback
The feedback button stores the title and description you type in Supabase so the report can be read. It does not ask for your email address.
Analytics and fonts
Cloudflare hosts FlowSimp and injects Cloudflare Web Analytics. The beacon is cookieless. It counts page views, including visits from the EU, and does not build a personal profile. The Inter typeface is served from FlowSimp with the rest of the site. The pages do not load fonts from Google.
The short notice
Visitors in the EU, the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland may see a small notice with a link to this page. It is not a consent wall. Choosing OK stores that choice in local storage. The diagram editor works the same either way, because the storage described above is what the editor needs to function and the analytics beacon does not use cookies.
