    Last updated November 3, 2026

Someone requests a reset and the email is looked up. An email on file gets a link. An unknown email gets a generic reply. The chart then waits for the next try. FlowSimp is completely free to use — no sign-up required.

    What does each step mean?

    1. Reset requested starts the flow. Look up the email happens before any message is sent.
    2. Email on file? chooses the message. The No path is a generic reply so the form does not reveal who has an account.
    3. Wait for the next try covers both an unused link and a person who must start again.
    4. Done ends this request. Add a diamond for an expired link if that case has different copy.
