Signup flow flowchart template

    Last updated November 3, 2026

Signup starts with a name. A long enough password sends a code. A short password shows the rule. The account is created after that check. The older user-signup template follows a landing page and an email-format check instead. FlowSimp is completely free to use — no sign-up required.

    What does each step mean?

    1. Start signup is the entry. Choose a name is the first field in this sample.
    2. Password long enough? is the decision. Put your real rule in the label if length is not the rule.
    3. Yes sends a code. No shows the rule and still reaches Account created only after you reconnect that path if a short password must stop.
    4. Done ends the starter. The home page after signup can replace Done.
