A commit lands, dependencies install, and the build runs. Passing tests deploy to staging. A failure fails the job. The result is recorded either way. FlowSimp is completely free to use — no sign-up required.

Use it to show what the pipeline does, not to configure a vendor. Production can be a shape you add after staging.

    What does each step mean?

    1. Commit lands is the trigger. Install and build is one step. Split it if those fail for different reasons.
    2. Tests pass? deploys staging or fails the job.
    3. Record the result is shared, so a red build is visible.
    4. Done ends the pipeline run. Add a smoke-check diamond before production if you promote further.
